The Atomic Sisters RFC is the premier women's rugby club in Albuquerque, NM. The team consists of a tight-knit family of women who share a love for the sport and the camaraderie that goes along with it.
The sisters represent a strong female force in the community. We are a unique group of women from all walks of life who join together to kick ass on and off the field. Rugby is first and foremost a state of mind, an attitude.
Heading into the fall season of 2009, our goals include recruiting strong numbers, as well as maintaining a consistent group of returning players from season to season that have a mastery of the basic skills of rugby, allowing our team to anticipate our fellow teammates movement on the pitch and become an active team instead of a reactive team.
